Claiming compensation for the termination of limited employment contract
Hi,
My contract was suddenly terminated by my employer in Bahrain 7 months before my contract end date. (I was working with the same company for the last 4+ years).
The contract end date for the year 2018-2019: 7-Apr-2019
My last working day was 30-Sep-2018 [Notice was given on 2-Sep-2018]
But they didn't pay any compensation to me, and until now, they didn't pay my indemnity as well. I am currently working in the KSA.
Your proper legal guidance on the same will be highly appreciated.

Sorry to know about your situation.
Please be informed that a compensation claim for unfair dismissal is to be filed within 30 days of the last working day which in your case has expired.
Therefore, you cannot submit a case to claim compensation for unfair dismissal (if you were terminated without a just cause).
With regards to the other end of service benefits, you could submit a case via any lawyer of your choice.
