Job offer signed and returned - When is it supposed to start working?
Hello sir,
I received a job offer letter yesterday, which I signed and returned. They requested that I provide a copy of my passport, a photo, and a copy of my visa.
I'm curious about the timeframe for obtaining the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) approval and when I can commence my employment.
Currently, I have 34 days remaining until my visa expires.

Dear Inquirer,
Hope you are doing well!
Kindly note that the process of the visa will not take more than 6 to 8 working days.

The processing time for your employment visa in the UAE, including MOHRE approval and residence visa stamping, typically ranges from a few days to a few weeks.
Since you have 34 days left until your current visa expires, communicate closely with your employer's HR department to expedite the process and ensure a smooth transition without any overstay issues.
