How to proceed with a job offer in the UAE despite an active arrest warrant?
Hi,
I have an active arrest order against me in the UAE related to a family case (Personal case of child alimony). Currently, I am outside the UAE and have a job offer from a company in the UAE.
Could you kindly advise if my new employer would be able to process my work visa given the active arrest order against me?
Thank you for your assistance and advice!

Thanks for your question! I hope you are doing well. I will assist you in this matter.
Having an active arrest order in the UAE may affect your ability to obtain a work visa, as background checks are typically conducted during the visa application process.

Dear Questioner,
If there is an active case against you or an arrest warrant issued against you, then it is not possible to issue an employment visa in your name.
You have to submit the request to the judge to remove the same and get clearance from the authority to approve your visa.
