Q: I was with a company in Dubai for 22 days, due to a family emergency I left home and paid compensation as in the work contract (45 days salary was the compensation). Q: Hello Sir, I was working for a company in Abu Dhabi for 8 months. Due to some emergency at my home, I took an emergency leave. After that, I was unable to come back to the UAE. Now, it's more than 6 months, I didn't return to the UAE. I am having a resident visa valid till March 2019. Is it possible to come to the UAE with a new visa for a visit or for working with another company?  

Q: In 2013, I was working in the UAE on an employment visa. I had to return back to India in short time with the intention of joining back in a week's time but the situation didn't permit. Hence, my visa was not cancelled. I also had a horrible employer and they used to deduct money from my salary for mistakes that happened or losses that occurred to the company because of my negligence. That way I had AED 600 due to them. I don't know whether they have put any ban on me or whether they reported me as absconding or if any other charges have been framed against me. Just when I informed them that I am not joining back, they sent an email asking me to send my passport for cancellation and pay AED 600. However, I couldn't trust sending the passport by courier for visa cancellation. Now, I would like to travel on a visit visa to Dubai with my family. It's been more than 4 years now but I am afraid if there is any kind of case filed against me then I will be detained at the airport or will be asked to pay a heavy fine.

Q: Hello, I am Digith Edachana, I was working in the UAE (Fujairah). When I was getting the visa, I joined another company in Oman. I had resigned from the Fujairah company, but the visa was not cancelled. My plan was to go back to Fujairah after joining in Oman, to proceed with the visa cancellation and job settlement. But when Fujairah people came to know that I joined in Oman, they put a travel ban on me. Is it possible to revoke the ban, as I have to travel to the UAE to meet customers? Please reply.
