Gratuity payment and labour entitlements after termination
Good day!
Hope all is well.
"As our current projects are put on hold and given the current status of our company right now, we are requesting your patience and understanding that we need to extend your vacation.
We will notify you for any new projects if needed your presence. This is also to inform you that we had cancelled your flight ticket."
Sir, this is the letter from the company to my husband. Then, they are not allowing my husband to work.
Can they pay gratuity? He's working for almost 5 years in this company.

Dear Questioner,
Thank you for your enquiry.
Your husband's ticket got cancelled and was advised to extend the leave because of the ongoing projects were kept on hold.
Now, if the company is cancelling the visa of your husband or your husband doesn't want to continue with the job, the company should pay his end of service benefits.
If the company is not ready to settle the payment, he can approach legally by complaining to the Ministry of Labour.
