Clearing bank cases for loans and credit cards by paying the fine

Hi Sir,

I have a debt with a bank related to two bank loans and two credit cards. The debt total amount is around 300k.

I am out of the UAE now and I want to pay and settle my case, but I don't have the full amount.

My friend told me I can transfer the case from police to court and will pay a fine, then I can come to Dubai and the bank won't do a civil case below 100k.

Is it true?

Please guide me. I would like to finish this issue.

Dear Sir,

In such cases, the judgment might be a fine or jail, because the penal law considered the bounced cheque case as a misdemeanour which is punished by a restricting freedom punishment (jail) or a fine, depending on the judge's estimation.

But mostly in such small amounts, the cases end with a fine.

Hi Sir,

I need your guidelines because I have AED 40k only.

I just want to know that if I can pay this amount as fine, then I can come again to Dubai and can start my new life.

Is this possible?
