The power of one LLC partner to solely remove employees

I would like to ask a question.

If there is a company with limited liability between three partners, can any of the partners remove any employee from the company, such as the director of managers, the implementation manager, the director of the hall, any other manager or any other employee without the consent of the other partners?

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Thank you for getting in touch with me on this.

Please note that all the rights and obligations between the partners inter se is mentioned in the Memorandum Of Association, wherein it will be mentioned regarding the rights to hire/fire an employee and to take consent of the partners.

In the absence of any such provision, the manager of the company will have unlimited powers of appointing or terminating an employee. While using this power, the manager is not obliged to take the consent of other partners.

In summary, first check the Memorandum of Association to see if any such powers are there, if not, then the manager will have the sole power to hire and fire an employee.

I trust this will resolve your query.

Feel free to get in touch in case of further assistance.

Regards,
