هل ينطبق مؤشر مؤسسة التنظيم العقاري على الشقق الفندقية؟
سيدي/سيدتي العزيزة،
يرغب مالك عقار في زيادة الإيجار دون الالتزام بمؤشر مؤسسة التنظيم العقاري. ما هي حقوق المستأجر؟
أبلغني مالك عقاري في الوقت المناسب برغبته في زيادة الإيجار بشكل كبير. ويدّعي أن مؤشر مؤسسة التنظيم العقاري غير قابل للتطبيق لأنه شقة فندقية (نوع العقار في سند الملكية هو بالفعل "شقة فندقية").
مع ذلك، لديّ عقد إيجاري ساري المفعول. هل يعني هذا أن مؤشر ريرا قابل للتطبيق؟

To your knowledge, the landlord has three options for raising your rent or evicting you:
1. If he is a new landlord.
2. If you failed to pay one or two cheques.
3. If you have a fight with your neighbors supported by a police report.
If you do not have any of the issues listed above, we can certainly renew your contract through the courts with the same rent rate.

In a tenancy contract, the landlord could raise the rent only according to the RERA Index.
If he is not ready to accept it, you can check with RDC with your valid Ejari.
