إجبار المستأجر على دفع غرامة بسبب اكتظاظ الشقة بالمقيمين

كان المستأجر يملئ الشقة بالمقيمين فيها مما أدى إلى اكتظاظها بالمقيمين، وبالتالي غرمت من قبل "تراخيص".

وافق المستأجر على سداد الغرامة، ولكنه لم يسددها، ومن المقرر أن ينتهي العقد في غضون يومين.

كيف أفتح قضية ضده لأجبره على السداد؟

In the tenancy contract, if any penalty is mentioned upon violation of the terms, that penalty is to be paid by the tenant.

In the event of non-payment from the side of the tenant, you can make the payment and claim it legally even if the tenancy is expired.
