Can I request fine reduction from previous employment to apply for a new employment visa?

My boss canceled my employment visa 2 months ago, and I got a fine of AED 3500.

Now I got a new job offer letter. If I apply for a fine reduction, will immigration give some discount?

The canceled visa was Sharjah and the new visa is also Sharjah.

Dear Client,

Thanks for your question, I hope you are doing well. I will definitely assist you with this matter.

You can request a reduction in your overstay fine when applying for a new employment visa in Sharjah after your previous visa cancellation.

The reduction, if granted, is at the discretion of immigration authorities and may vary depending on your situation.

To do this, visit the Sharjah immigration department, provide the necessary documents, and explain your case.

Pay any remaining fine amount after any reduction is granted. Be cooperative and patient during the process, as the decision is made by immigration authorities.

Thanks & Regards

First, I have to apply for a visa then I go to immigration, right?

Or I go directly to immigration with the offer letter?
