هل يمكن للبائع مقاضاة السمسار إذا لم يدفع المشتري ثمن العقار؟
أنا سمسار.
البائع يهددني. قدم المشتري عرضًا لشراء عقار.
أرسل المشتري نسخة من الشيك باسم البائع، وطلب البائع تغييره إلى اسمه نظرًا لوجود مشترين مشتركين، وقد أرسلت ذلك إلى البائع، ولم نوقع على أي مذكرة تفاهم.
لم أتلق أي نسخة من الشيك الشخصي من المشتري حتى الآن وعندما أبلغت البائع بعدم رده علي، هددني البائع وضايقني برفع دعوى قضائية ضدي مسبقًا.
يطالب بـ 285 ألف درهم إماراتي (أي 10% من سعر الفيلا) ويريد من المشتري / شركتي / أن أدفع ذلك في أسرع وقت ممكن.
