Outstanding Sharjah court case preventing new Dubai job visa. What to do?
Hi sir,
I did not cancel my tenancy and SEWA seven years ago when I was in Sharjah. After seven years, I came to Dubai.
Now I have learned that a case was filed against me in the Sharjah court, and I can only get a new job visa if I clear this case. I don't know what to do.
I have received a job offer in Dubai. Is it possible to issue a visa?
