أي عقد ساري المفعول في الإمارات العربية المتحدة، عقد العمل أم عقد التوظيف؟

سيدي/سيدتي،

لدي عقد عمل في الإمارات العربية المتحدة ساري المفعول من 29 سبتمبر 2021 إلى 29 سبتمبر 2023.

لدي أيضًا عقد توظيف مع شركتي تم توقيعه في نوفمبر 2022، والذي ينص على أن مدة العقد حتى 30 سبتمبر 2025.

لقد حصلت منذ ذلك الحين على تأشيرة ذهبية. أي عقد ساري المفعول؟

لا أريد الاستمرار في العمل مع الشركة بعد 29 سبتمبر 2023.
