Generally, the court will issue a judgment within a few weeks to a few months after the first hearing.

It won't take too long. Maybe 2,3 weeks. and it's at the court's discretion.

With regards to executing an eviction order, there is no time period. It simply depends on the claimant's wish.

However, kindly note that a legal notice of eviction is from the landlord and not the court.

Once an eviction notice is sent to you, you have 30 days.

After these 30 days, the landlord will file a case with RDC, and legally until the judgment is out, you will not be removed from the property.
