The duration for a UAE court to pass a judgment after the first hearing of an eviction case can vary widely depending on several factors including the complexity of the case, the workload of the court, and other procedural considerations.

There was 1st hearing and I was not present in court.

Please how long or how many weeks before the 2nd hearing and the period of judgment?

Is there a 3rd hearing after the 2nd hearing?

Just curious because this is my first time experiencing this in the UAE.

Hi.

The duration of the court process for an eviction case depends on the complexity of the case and the court's workload.

Generally, the court will issue a judgment within a few weeks to a few months after the first hearing.

We can't comment on that. As we informed you earlier, it depends on the judge and the facts of the case.

It won't take too long. Maybe 2,3 weeks. and it's at the court's discretion.

Hello,

This is Nada.

With regards to executing an eviction order, there is no time period. It simply depends on the claimant's wish.

However, kindly note that a legal notice of eviction is from the landlord and not the court.

Once an eviction notice is sent to you, you have 30 days.

After these 30 days, the landlord will file a case with RDC, and legally until the judgment is out, you will not be removed from the property.

If you have any further questions, feel free to contact me on the phone.

Thank you very much, Ms. Nada. This explanation is very useful to me.
