Dear Sir/Madam,

Since the reason for the legal notice is duly served, the notice is valid.

In this situation, the tenant is obliged to vacate the property because the landlord wants to move in.

If you have any more queries, we will arrange a legal consultation session for a charge of 28$.

Dear Client,

Thanks for your question! I hope you are doing well. I will definitely assist you in this matter.

The legal notice given by the previous owner in November is still valid for the new owner.

You must honor the existing lease agreement until its expiration. If you wish the tenant to vacate the property, provide them with a written notice well in advance of the notice period's end, adhering to legal procedures.

For any further legal assistance, you can WhatsApp us. We have an extensive team of knowledgeable and experienced lawyers to provide the legal assistance you need.

We will definitely be happy to help you.

Thanks & Regards,

Hello,

Based on the details you've provided and in accordance with the rental laws and regulations in Dubai, the legal notice served by the previous owner remains valid even if the property ownership changes.

The transition of the property's ownership does not invalidate the notice period given to the tenant. Thus, you are not obligated to serve a new notice.

However, if the tenant refuses to vacate the property after the notice period concludes, it becomes a legal matter, and you are within your rights to file an eviction case against the tenant.

It's crucial to approach this situation with a strong legal strategy to ensure your rights as the new property owner are upheld and any potential disputes are minimized.

Navigating eviction cases can be intricate, especially when it comes to ensuring all procedures are adhered to correctly.
