Hello
This is Nada.
The matter of bounced cheques is no longer a criminal offense in the UAE but a civil matter.
If you would like to check if there is any case filed against your brother through the court, and if there are any arrest orders or travel bans, you check on his behalf by obtaining a POA from your brother.
If you have any further questions, feel free to contact me on the phone.

Hi
The police will not give you any information or report unless you have a power of attorney from your brother.
