Is it possible for the employee to travel while a labour case is pending?

If there is a pending case filed by the employee against the company, is it possible to travel while the case is ongoing?

The passport is with the employee in this case.

Hi,

If the case brought by the worker against the company is a labour case, the owner of the company can travel easily, and the employee who brought the case can travel.

But a lawyer or legal representative must be present before the judge on the court hearing dates.

If the case is criminal, there are other details that need to be explained.

Thank you

Ok, great.

So the employee should have no issues travelling in and out of the UAE, right?

His visa is valid through the company he's filed the case against, and he is in possession of his passport. This is a labour case, not a criminal case.

Thank you for your time!

Yes, there are no travel problems, but there must be a lawyer or representative attending the court hearings.
