شركة لا تجدد تأشيرة الموظف: ما هي الإجراءات الصحيحة؟

لا يزال أحد زملائي لديه عقد غير محدد المدة مع جهة خاصة. وقد أعربت الشركة عن رغبتها في عدم تجديد تأشيرته.
ويطلبون منه الاستقالة بسبب هذا.
ما هو الإجراء الصحيح لكل من الشركة والموظف؟

In the UAE, if a company decides not to renew an employee's visa, they should provide written notice in advance, settle outstanding dues, assist with visa cancellation, and issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

If either party wishes to not renew the contract, then the contract can be terminated and the employee must serve the notice period according to the contract.
