An organization applied for my DIFC-sponsored VISA without my consent. Is this legal?

Without my consent and knowledge, some organization has applied for my DIFC-sponsored VISA.

Now I have got a job in Dubai but my new employer is not able to process my VISA as I already have a valid VISA.

Do you know how to get the earlier VISA canceled?

Isn't it illegal to apply for someone's VISA without their consent?

Hi,

Yes, it is illegal but you need to prove that the visa is issued without your consent.

You need to contact your employer to proceed with the cancellation.

For more information, you can contact the legal coordinator.

Dear Client,

Thanks for your question, I hope you are doing well. I will definitely assist you with this matter.

If a visa has been applied for without your consent, you should immediately contact the DIFC authorities or the organization responsible for the application and inform them that you do not wish to proceed with the visa process.

They should guide you on the necessary steps to cancel the visa application. Applying for someone's visa without their consent is typically considered illegal and unethical.

For any further legal assistance, you can WhatsApp us. We have an extensive team of knowledgeable and experienced lawyers to provide the legal assistance you need.

Thanks & Regards
