تم فصلي من العمل بسبب تقديمي شكوى بعدم دفع الراتب. ماذا أفعل؟

يوم سعيد!

قبل يومين، تقدمت بشكوى إلى الفريق القانوني بشأن عدم دفع راتبي خلال الأشهر الأربعة الماضية. بالأمس، أرسل الفريق القانوني بريدًا إلكترونيًا إلى الشركة بشأن هذه المشكلة.

ولكن بعد رؤية هذا البريد، أنهت شركتي عملي، مستشهدة لسبب غير محدد. كما أبلغوني أنه لا ينبغي لي الحضور إلى الشركة اعتبارًا من الغد.

سؤالي هو، كيف يمكنني الوفاء بفترة الإخطار الخاصة بي لمدة 30 يومًا إذا لم يُسمح لي بالحضور إلى الشركة؟

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، طلبوا مني تسليم الكمبيوتر المحمول الخاص بالشركة بالأمس. أجبت بأنني سأسلم الكمبيوتر المحمول الخاص بي بمجرد استلام راتبي المستحق.

Dear Questioner,

Under UAE law, an employee is entitled to a notice period of 30 days before their employment is terminated.

If the employer does not allow the employee to come to the company during this period, the employee is still entitled to receive their salary for the full 30 days.

The employer should also provide the employee with a written notice of termination, specifying the reason for the termination.

You can also complain to MOHRE that the employer terminated your contract as you complained about the pending salary.
