Getting original certificates from previous company during visa cancellation process?

My visa has expired, and a case is ongoing in court for its cancellation process.
My judgment is on September 7, 2023. In this case, how can I get my original certificates from my previous company?
When will they provide me with my certificates? I need my certificates, so what should I do now in this situation?
