Q: Dear sir/madam, I need help, please! My brother who is a resident was arrested for drug possession and usage in 2022 in Abu Dhabi, then the court decision was only payment of 10,000 AED. If he is employed in a well-known company such as Microsoft, Reuters, Sheraton and etc, does the employer know the case? And If he wants to change employer later, is it possible for this decision to appear to anyone on his criminal record?
