Dear Questioner,

It depends if you are inside or outside the UAE.

If you are inside, you can go yourself at any police station to check. However, if you are wanted you will be detained on the spot.

The alternative is to hire a lawyer to handle such checking for you by POA. You can notarize such POA at any notary public with no risk.

If you are outside the UAE, you can hire a lawyer and the POA should be notarized wherever you currently reside, attested by the UAE Embassy abroad and afterwards attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE, and finally legally translated into Arabic.

In order to avoid extra costs, if you decide to go ahead with us, we will draft a bilingual POA to be notarized in order to save you the translation costs.

If you wish to proceed you can buy the service from the portal directly or you can send me your passport copy and latest UAE Visa page by email to ae@elnaggarlegal.com

Regards,

Good evening

You yourself will not be able to do it as you will be arrested if there is an arrest warrant against you.

For that, we shall check the complaints and revert back to you with the latest developments.
