Resignation due to salary delay and lack of medical insurance

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been working in a private company for 1 year and 3 months. My contract is limited.

I really want to resign because the company is not giving me my rights. They are not following what is written in my contract.

They delay my salary every month and we do not have medical insurance. Is there any compensation if I resign?

Dear Client,

Thanks for your question! I hope you are doing well. I will definitely assist you in this matter.

In the UAE, if you resign from a limited contract before its expiration, you might face a ban or penalty.

However, if you can prove that the employer has breached the terms of your contract, such as delayed salary or lack of medical insurance, it may be possible to resign without a ban.

For any further legal assistance, you can WhatsApp us. We have an extensive team of knowledgeable and experienced lawyers to provide the legal assistance you need.

We will definitely be happy to help you.

Thanks & Regards,

ABDUL WAHIED
