التحقق من الحالة بعد مغادرة الإمارات دون إغلاق الشركة بالطريقة المناسبة

فتحت شركة منطقة حرة في دبي منذ 11 عامًا. لم يكن هناك أي نشاط تجاري منذ افتتاحها.

أغلقت الشركة عن بعد حيث لم أتمكن من السفر إلى دبي في ذلك الوقت لأسباب صحية وأكملت الاستمارات اللازمة، ووثقتها هنا في أوروبا وترجمت من قبل مترجم مسجل.

أرسلت جميع الوثائق وسند التوكيل إلى الوكيل في دبي، ولكنني أبلغت بأن السلطات في دبي لم تقبلها وأنه سيتعين علي السفر إلى هناك لإغلاقها.

أغلق الحساب البنكي أيضًا في ذلك الوقت.

هل سأواجه أية مشاكل إذا سافرت إلى أبوظبي؟

Based on what you have informed us you should not face any problems as long as there are no unpaid creditors or cheques that you may have issued during the course of this company's existence.

If as you say, there were no business transactions you should not have a problem with entering the UAE and closing the necessary formalities.

Would the expiration of the licence and non-renewal be considered as an unpaid creditor?

No, not to warrant an arrest against you, it would not.

How long does it take for the services mentioned to be checked and how much would this cost?

Please do take into account that after 11 years, I no longer have the documents relating to the company concerned.

We would not need the documents of the company to check your financial crimes status; only your current passport copy.
