How to remove overstay fines after a judgement to find another job?

Hi

I have a civil case pending judgment and it's already done for an amount of 8000. I have to pay but I don't have that amount.

It's been 1 year since I have overstayed and the company did not cancel my visa. I cannot cancel my visa.

What option do I have in this situation?

Is there any way to exit Dubai?

Once the judgment is issued, your visa automatically lapses, and it is your responsibility, not the employer's.

You will have to pay the overstay fine, change your status, or leave the country.

Yes, but my visa is not getting canceled. I can't work anywhere so I can pay the amount.

I understand, but there is no other solution.

Just wait for the amnesty scheme.

Can the amnesty scheme solve this civil case issue?

And is there any way to go with the outpass?

Please, tell me if there's any other way to exit because I'm here and didn't go to my country for more than 4 years. My father's health is not good.

Please help me out.

You didn't tell me that you have a loan case. You cannot leave unless the loan is paid.
