I have got an order on temporary maintenance before one month in Dubai family court. Until now, I have not received money from my husband.

What are the steps to be taken?

Thank you for your advice,

I already sent execution notice to him which his lawyer refused to accept and returned back.

Meanwhile, the final judgement has been ordered. But until I start getting final maintenance, how do I get my temporary maintenance?

What step should be taken?

Try sending the execution notice directly to your husband, or make a request to the court to allow you to serve a notice through alternate means (publication).
