International verdicts enforcement in the UAE
An individual has committed financial fraud with his employer in Pakistan & fled to Dubai.
Is there a way to pursue arrest & repatriation from the UAE? There is a police report filed against him in Pakistan.

Please note that there is a way to enforce such a verdict issued by the Pakistani courts in the UAE.
You can file a case in the UAE for the verdict enforcement and the court will study all the Pakistani court case documents and all its attachments and will check if it goes in line with the laws in the UAE. If yes, then the verdict can be enforced in the UAE.
Arrest and repatriation have a different route which is the Interpol. It depends how big is the amount of the claim.
This can be processed only from the Pakistani side. Not from the UAE.
