كيف يمكن تقديم شكوى وأخذ تعويض؟

كان لدي سابقًا قضية تهديد مرفوعة من طليقتي بأنني هددتها عبر رسالة في تطبيق واتساب وعند سير القضية حُكم لي بالبراءة وطعنت النيابة على الحكم بالاستئناف ثم حصلت على براءة. إذًا فقد حصلت على براءة في التهمة المنسوبة لي.
هل يحق لي رفع دعوى تعويض عن الضرر المعنوي والنفسي في المحكمة المدنية الجزئية؟ وكيف أثبت حقي في التعويض وأحصل عليه؟
علمًا بأن فتره التقادم 3 سنوات وأنا لم أتعدَ المدة المقررة؟
Q: There was a criminal complaint made against me and my husband and both of our passports were held by the public prosecution. After 8 months of investigations, the public prosecution has now only charged my husband and has released my passport.
Can I open a case against the complainant for the harassment that I faced for 8 long months and mental trauma that I went through?
My request for releasing my passport by substituting someone else's was also rejected 4 times without giving any reason within this period and I could not travel even though my child and my mom were unwell.

With Smart Police Stations operating 24/7, how are these situations considered?
Should the case be filed during working hours, say before 3 PM, etc.?
As the HR manager of a company, I have issued a salary advance to the employee. Upon joining, he failed to go to duty and used alcohol daily in the camp.
I have a signed thumb-impression cash receipt. What options do I have to recover the AED 7000 advance paid to the employee?
