Travel ban check for delay in the payments of credit cards and loan

I have four credit cards. ADCB-2 HSBC-1 and FGB-1 and a loan.

ADCB credit card and loan, I'm paying without any delay, but HSBC & FGB I paid last month after collection dept. calls.

My question is, next month I'm going on a vacation. Will someone stops me at the airport immigration?

Please, I need your advice.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Thank you for getting in touch with me on this.

Please note that as long as you are paying your instalments (bearing the last month which was delayed), there won't be any action taken against you.

You will be stopped at the immigration only if you have a case against you (a cheque bounce or civil case).

As an alternative, I suggest that before you travel to get an inspection of police and court records done so that you are assured for your smooth travel.

Again, I want to say that starting this month, I applied to a top-up loan to close all my credit card outstandings.

But today, I received a call from ADCB that my application is declined, and they're asking for a report from Etihad credit bureau.

So, does it mean they are filing a case against me?

No, it does not mean that a case has been filed.

They might be seeking some report from Etihad Bureau, so please proceed accordingly.
