Good afternoon,

Further to your question, please note the following:

- As long as there is no criminal case or any travel ban order in a civil case, any settlement discussions will not give rise to a travel ban.

- There will be a travel ban in a criminal case only if the amount is more than AED 200,000 in Dubai.

- Any amount less than AED 200,000 in Dubai will only result in a fine.
