With Smart Police Stations operating 24/7, how are these situations considered? Should the case be filed during working hours, say before 3 PM, etc.?

السلام عليكم، رفعت دعوى جزائية ضد شخص عن السب مع طلب التعويض المدني المؤقّت. حُكم على المُشتكَى ضده بغرامة بقيمة 5000 آلاف ولم يحكم القاضي بالتعويض المدني المؤقت 5001+ للمشتكي. المحكمة أحالت الدعوى إلى المحكمة المدنية المختصة. هل عدم القضاء من القاضي الجزائي بالتعويض المدني المؤقت يُعد حجة على القاضي المدني بعدم التعويض؟

If I ask to leave, the company demands 5000 AED and insists that I complete six months before they agree to my resignation, otherwise, they will ask for the money. What should I do?

My landlord was asking for an unjustified rent increase of 9K, while the RERA calculator showed 3K. He was threatening to go through the Rent Valuation process, however, he only gave me a notice period of 83 days. According to Dubai Decree No 43 of 2013 and Law No 33 of 2008, landlords are required to provide a 90-day notice period before making any changes to the rental contract, including increasing the rent amount. Failure to comply with this notice period entitles the tenant to refuse the rent increase. As the current contract is coming to an end by the end of next week, I have made several attempts to reach out to my landlord and his real estate agent to reiterate my interest in extending the contract and collecting the rental cheques at the old prices. Also, I kindly requested that they provide me with the contract as soon as possible. Dear Lawyers, I signed a Form F with a buyer for the sale of my house as we were planning to leave the country. The contract was signed about a month ago, but the handover is not until August. Due to personal circumstances changing, we are no longer leaving Dubai and would like to cancel Form F. The Form F contract stipulates that we have to pay the buyer 10% of the purchase value. The real estate agent is now claiming that we also have to pay the buyer's real estate commission and the conveyancing fee. Our understanding is that the 10% penalty is the only penalty. Which is correct, and what are the next steps to dispute this? Also, is there any way to dispute the 10% itself under the law due to personal circumstances changing?

The owner sent me a notice by email saying that he doesn't want to renew the contract for the purpose of personal use. He didn't mention what this personal use means. He already has multiple houses for rent and he has his own which he is living in currently. Is it legal to evict me? Thanks
