Civil case pursuant to criminal case for debt recovery

I have made a criminal case against a guy and now he has been sentenced to one-year jail by the court.

In order to get my money back, should I make a civil case? Also, I happen to hear about a travel ban option of 2-3000 /_ which I can apply from the court.

What is the benefit of making a travel ban compared with that of a civil case?

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Thank you for getting in touch with me on this.

Firstly, considering that you have a criminal case judgment in your favour, you can rely on the judgment to file a civil case. The process to get a civil court judgement becomes easy.

Lastly, could you clarify what travel ban option have you heard of?

You can file an application for travel ban under civil case too so that the debtor does not flee away leaving you with no remedy.

You may get in touch with me for the filing of civil cases and successfully retrieving your amounts.

It would like to have more details.

What was the amount of the criminal case? Did you file for bounced cheques? What was the total amount? Was the sentence made in absentia? Which police station and which emirate was the case filed in?
