Legal action against a restaurant for non-payment of provided services
A restaurant in Dubai owes me AED 6400 for musician services. They are not responding to my requests for payment and the money is 5 months overdue.
I have a signed contract. What action can I take to recover my money?
Dear questioner,
You may file a complaint to the department of economic development against the restaurant showing your contract and your invoice.
If this attempt is not effective you may directly go to the Department of amicable settlements and reconciliation “Dubai Courts” and file your complaint requesting to represent yourself, and if not, you may contact us for help.
