Defending an accusation of theft by the employer

I have been accused of theft, with the company asking to meet with me in regards to questioning.

The company says they have CCTV footage of me stealing even though I am innocent. Is it worth fighting?

The law presumes that every person is innocent until the guilt is proved against him.

Once the guilt is established beyond reasonable doubt, then the allegation can be countered with the proper defence depending on the facts of each case.
