Settling a labor dispute to get entitlements and new visa

The company has cancelled my visa on the 9th of May 2018. After that, I have complained against the company for my due end of services.

The case is in court now. 3 hearings already done. Now, my employer is asking me to close the case and he will issue my visa again in his company.

My question is, how can he issue my visa when Bangladesh visa isn't open?

One more question, can I get the advantage of UAE amnesty while the case is in the court? Amer is saying I can't because I have to close case first.

And one more thing, how can I close my case. How many days will it take to close the case?

Dear questioner,

Kindly note that there is no such a thing as the Bangladesh visa is closed. All nationalities are allowed to get a UAE visa as long as they pass the security checking stage.

Please note that you cannot get the advantage of the amnesty program for your visa as long as your labour conflict is still ongoing; you should request the same from the judge handling your case as a request through the online portal of the court.

Also, please note that the timeframe for your case resolution depends on the case developments and each party’s responsiveness and submissions. Usually, it does not exceed 4-6 month going through such a litigation.

Thanks for your answer.

I want to add one more thing that yesterday I got a judgement from the court. I have the judgement paper.

My boss is also trying to finish the case as soon as possible.

Is the judgement paper enough for getting the amnesty advantage?
