Can I switch employers while my court case is still pending?

Hello,

I have an ongoing court case against my employer. Today, I went to cancel my labor card because my new employer wants me to have a new visa.

My question is: can I get my visa canceled while the case is in court?

Or, after I have canceled my labor card from my former company, can I apply for a new labor card with my new company?
