Wrongfully imprisoned in Abu Dhabi: Can I return to work in the UAE?
Good morning Sir/madam,
While I was driving for a company and selling waste cartons in Abu Dhabi, UAE, I was arrested by the CID and taken to jail.
Initially, they gave us a chance, but later, they demanded that the head of the company come to sign for my release.
Unfortunately, my company's head did not come, and I was sent to Uzba jail where I spent a month. After that month, I was deported without any decision from a judge.
Now, I want to know if I can travel back to the UAE for work.
Dear Questioner,
In the event of deportation from the state, some procedures can be taken to cancel the ban, the most important of which is submitting a request for mercy, and it is possible to accept or reject the request according to the case.

Dear Mrs./Sir,
After greeting,
With reference to your inquiry described above, please note that it is necessary to first investigate and inquire about your criminal record in the country in accordance with the laws in force in the country.
Then deal with what appears as a result of the query, in addition to making sure of the type of deprivation, whether administrative or judicial, and whether all methods of litigation have been exhausted in the courts over the ruling, the decision or not, and whether the ruling has now become a final and absolute ruling or not.
Please accept my full respect and appreciation!
