What to do when dealerships misrepresent second-hand cars?
Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a second-hand car from a reputable dealership 13 months ago. I asked the salesperson whether the car had been in any accidents, and he confirmed that it had not.
While in the process of buying a new car, I discovered a website to check the car I had purchased previously.
The report indicated that the car had been involved in two accidents in Abu Dhabi.
As the dealership had assured me that the car had not been in any accidents, do I have any recourse against them?

Dear questioner,
No, unfortunately, used cars do not have a warranty after the sale.
The warranty is for inspection before purchase only.
