They are taking signature on blank paper and blank debit voucher before joining. The same mistake I have committed also because they told me they need a signature on blank paper for visa purpose and they'll return this paper after the visa is issued but they didn't. I have all the evidence regarding all illegal activities which are being done by the company. They are torturing all staff and labours after taking signature on blank paper. If somebody resigns, they are typing settlement and all dues on the blank paper. Please guide me, I want to punish this type of people.
