Caught in a criminal case: Can my visa be cancelled while under a travel ban?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been involved in a criminal case since August and am currently under a travel ban. I was declared innocent in the first instance, but the case is still pending on appeal.

Last week, my employer terminated me and initiated the process of canceling my visa.

Is it possible to cancel my visa while I am still involved in a case and have a travel ban?

How will I be able to exit the country with a travel ban in place?

Is it possible to apply for a new visa (such as a Freelance Visa) while my case is ongoing?

Thank you!

Dear questioner,

You can make a request through public prosecution in order to issue a new visa.

Dear questioner,

I recognize your problem and advise you to end your criminal case as soon as possible.

This is because your visa cannot be canceled while the case is pending.

You will be banned from travel and blacklisted until the criminal case is completed.

Once the criminal case is over, the Labor Court will issue you a temporary work permit that allows you to work elsewhere.

You can submit business documents and documents related to your case to banks to stop the proceedings on their part or come up with a good solution.

As mentioned, your company cannot cancel before your case is over.
