Managing property viewings as a tenant: The Rights and options available
Hello,
My landlord wants to sell the property as he wants to move to another country. Now viewings are becoming really annoying.
The agents write and call me all the time; they want same-day viewing or during the weekend.
I have to stay home for that, and also sometimes they cancel last moment.
What can I do about it?
Thank you!
Dear questioner,
You can ask the landlord to make a virtual view by any online app to invalidate their argument in this regard, especially if the terms and conditions in your tenancy contract do not state that you have to allow the landlord to inspect the property.
Furthermore, the transfer of ownership to a new owner will not affect the tenant's right to continue occupying the property in accordance with the lease signed with the previous owner, provided that the lease has a specific date.

Dear questioner,
The landlord cannot force you to vacate the apartment unless he sends you a notice of eviction and gives you a chance of 12 months before the actual eviction.
Kindly contact us via phone or email for further assistance.

Hi,
Pursuant to your query, the viewing for the sale of the property should be notified to you in accordance with the Tenancy Contract.
And if it is not feasible for you and hampering your work schedule and personal life, you can refuse the request some time. Did the landlord serve you 12 months' notice?
