هل تُلغى تأشيرتي بصفتي مالك عقار إذا بقيت أكثر من عام خارج الإمارات العربية المتحدة؟
أنا مواطن بريطاني عمري 63 عامًا وأمتلك شقتين في دبي، وبالتالي فأنا مؤهل للحصول على تأشيرة.
حسب معرفتي، يمكنني البقاء خارج البلاد لمدة عام واحد بدون عودة، ومع ذلك، فقد تجاوزت العام بـ 25 يومًا (كان ينبغي أن تكون العودة في 6 يناير 2023).
هل هذا يعني أن تأشيرتي ستلغى؟ أم يمكنني دفع غرامة في المطار؟
التأشيرة صالحة حتى 01/10/2026. لذا من الواضح أنني لا أريد أن أفقدها. كانت تأشيرتي في السابق تأشيرة مستثمر ولكنني أعتقد الآن أنها تأشيرة تقاعد. يمكن إرسالها إذا أردت.

Good day!
With reference to your question, please be informed that in the UAE, the general rule is that the residence visa will be automatically canceled if the resident stays more than 6 months outside the UAE. This rule is not applicable to Golden Visa holders.
However, the UAE government has introduced a new system wherein the UAE residency visa holders who stay outside the UAE for more than six months may now apply for a permit to re-enter the country through the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security (ICP).
You need to adduce proof of extended stay outside the UAE. The permit process may take 5 days and would cost approximately Dhs 1000.
