The son of my ex-husband's wife harms my son while visiting father. What to do?

My ex-husband got married. His wife has a kid from a previous marriage who stays with them, and my kid goes on weekends to stay with him as per court order.

My question is in case my child faces any abuse or attack from his wife and kid, what can I do?

Can I file a police case or file a case in court?

Can I stop his father from taking my child to his apartment?

My child is 10. Please advise.

Yes, if that happens, you can file a complaint.

But if it is just the children messing with each other without the mother's intervention, it is better to overlook it.

As I am not with them, I wouldn't know if the mother's intervention is there or not.

Can you directly file a complaint with the police or do I need open up a case in court?

You can complain directly to the police, but on what basis harm has been done to the child, and the intention of those who made him do so?

Because these questions will be asked by the police.
