Can I leave the UAE and take an offer abroad if I have a loan that I still pay regularly?

As you said there is not a single outstanding payment for your loan and credit card, so it is very unlikely anyone will stop you at the airport while exiting the country.
However, if you are planning to make payment on time the bank shall not have any problem with you exiting the country.
I advise you to contact the Bank's Public Relations Manager or any other official and explain the situation to them and explain your commitment to continuing paying the Bank from outside the UAE.
In theory, you can pay from outside the UAE, depending on how the bank handles your exit from the UAE from a security point of view.
