How will the visa get canceled after filing a labor case?

Dear sir/madam,

I received a judgment in my favor from the Abu Dhabi Labor Court on January 11, 2023, regarding my labor complaint for the payment of my end-of-service benefits and last month's salary due to my employer issuing a termination letter without notice.

On January 26, 2023, I opened a Labor Enforcement case to get the payment from my employer, and the next trial date is February 13, 2023.

My question is, who will cancel my visa and my family's visa and how many days will it take to receive the payments?

My visa and my family's visas are still valid until November 2024.
