الإخلاء وبيع العقار: كيف يؤثر ذلك على عقد الإيجار؟

مرحبًا،

ينتهي عقد الإيجار الخاص بنا في يونيو 2023، ولكن في نوفمبر 2022، أُخطرنا رسميًا بالإخلاء من خلال محاكم دبي، وقد ذكروا نصًا ضرورة إخلاء العقار بحلول نوفمبر 2023.

يخطط المالك لبيع العقار. ماذا يحدث بموجب العقد بشأن الفترة من يونيو إلى نوفمبر 2023؟

هل يمدد المالك الحالي العقد الحالي حتى موعد الإخلاء؟ ما الإجراءات؟

لقد تواصلت مع مؤسسة التنظيم العقاري لكنني لم أتلق أي معلومات عبر الهاتف.

As per the law, you cannot stay in the apartment after November 2023.

Hi,

As per the law, the landlord needs to provide you with 12 months notary notice which will end in November 2023.

Since the tenancy contract is ending in June 2023, you can ask the landlord to extend the tenancy period till November.
