My employer filed a labor complaint for loss and damage after cancellation. Can I travel?
Dear Team,
My visa has been canceled on 13 Jan 2023. After a few days on 23rd Jan 2023, my employer lodged a labor complaint for damage and loss.
My question is that, will that case be valid after the cancellation? And due to an emergency in my family, can I leave the UAE for my home country now?
Please help.

He has the right to file a lawsuit after the cancellation and you can travel if there is no travel ban and follow up online.

Pursuant to your query, did the damage and loss that the employer is claiming happen while you were working with the company?
If there is no travel ban placed, you can exit the country.
