المساعدة في تغيير الكفيل المواطن
مرحبا،
أنا المالك الوحيد لنشاط تجاري يعمل منذ 17 عامًا، لكنني قررت تغيير الكفيل المواطن.
لقد ألغيت أسمها في المحكمة وقمت بعمل اللازم، ولكن قبل أن أتمكن من التغيير إلى الكفيل الجديد، أضعت الوثائق التي أعطتها إليّ المحكمة.
ما الذي يمكن عمله الآن لتغيير الكفيل، حيث أحتاج إلى تجديد رخصتي التجارية؟

Please note that in order to advise you, we need to understand first what do you mean by the local sponsor because it can be one of two cases.
One is the local service agent and the other is the local partner holding shares of 51% or more of your business. The procedures for each of the cases is different.
On another note, we need to understand what documents have you executed before the court. And if it is the notary public that you refer to or you have produced a document through a case filed before the courts.
