أعطاني مالك العقار أمر إخلاء موثق من المحكمة لبيع الشقة. ومع ذلك، لم يبع المالك الشقة حتى الآن وقد انتهت صلاحية الإشعار.

Pursuant to your query, since the RDC has already given the ruling in your favor, you can notify the RDC that the landlord is not accepting the order and can ask the RDC to renew the tenancy contract.

The tenant can not evict you since he is not selling the unit.

1) Will the landlord have to prove the actual sale MOU or he has to only show intention to sell to stop the renewal of the lease? (1 full year he has not sold and even has no buyer).
